Airspace infringement: Hotspots Brisbane

  1. Airspace infringement hotspot Redcliffe Area

    Operate in accordance with local procedures in ERSA. Do not infringe the C LL 1,000 ft step or Brisbane CTR when arriving and departing Redcliffe to the south. The Brisbane CTR is only 4 nm to the south of Redcliffe.

  2. Airspace infringement hotspot southbound to Archerfield

    Track in the 2,500 ft step west of the TV towers. Use Enogerra Reservoir and Mt Coot-Tha and the TV towers to remain clear of the C LL 1,500 ft step.

  3. Airspace infringement hotspot Brisbane Control Zone − north and west

    Departing Archerfield to the north, track east of the TV towers, between the towers and Enogerra. Take care to remain at or below 1,500 ft. Use Lake Samsonvale and Kurwongbah to establish clear of the C LL 1,500 ft step before climbing.

  4. Airspace infringement hotspot departing Archerfield to the east

    Outbound aircraft tracking to the east must not infringe the 1,000 ft step abeam Mt Gravatt. Keep south of Tingalpa Reservoir

  5. Airspace infringement hotspot Greenbank firing range R627

    SFC–2,000 ft active daily; 2,000 ft check NOTAM status for changes
