Air traffic services training providers
Part 143 details the certification requirements for approval as an air traffic controller training organisation and, facilitates the entry of new training providers into the market. It includes operating rules under which an ATS training provider:
- Conducts training for ATS personnel;
- Examines ATS personnel;
- Conducts competency assessments of ATS personnel; and
- Grants education qualifications
