Get ready for May to go purple again as we shine a light on all things maintenance engineering during this year's 'May-tenance Month'.

Now in its second year, this initiative celebrates the pivotal role of aircraft maintenance engineers while also inspiring people to consider a career in aircraft mechanics.
Throughout May, we will host a series of engaging webinars/toolbox talks featuring our very own engineering experts focusing on safety culture and reporting, licensing and continuing airworthiness.
We're also bringing back our exclusive social media competition for aircraft maintenance engineers (AMEs) and apprentices, with three Snap-on Tools vouchers worth $500 each up for grabs.
This year we're also inviting AMEs, licensed aircraft maintenance engineers, safety managers, and others in the sector to take our new Aviation safety pledge for aircraft maintainers. Launched today as part of May-tenance Month the pledge for aircraft maintainers allows them to show their commitment to support a positive safety culture and continuous learning within the industry.
May-tenance Month is also a chance to showcase the diverse and rewarding career opportunities in the aircraft maintenance field. From the technical skill required to ensure aircraft safety, to the attention to detail that defines every task, we're highlighting what makes this profession so vital.
Stay tuned to our website and social media channels – and help spread the word to your friends, colleagues and industry contacts.
